We are a manning / crewing / recruitment agency for oil rigs and ships such as Land Rigs, Offshore Rigs, Swamp Rigs, Diving Support Vessels (DSVs), Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS), Platform Supply Vessels, Oil Tankers, Passenger Ships, Container Ships, General Cargo Ships and other Specialized vessels. We also undertake the training and development of manpower for the energy and maritime industry. We are your reliable port of call for labour supply. We provide these services to a wide spectrum of clients with our combined experience of at least 40 years. Our vast experience has helped us to develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical and operational requirements of our clients thereby delivering optimal services with the application of all safety measures required in all our operations.

Job Description
Recruitment – the company is currently experiencing vast growth across all departments. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the recruitment across all levels.
Employee Relations – provide HR advice on a wide range of generalist issues, considering commercial and operational impact.
Absence Management – upskilling and supporting managers to deal with absence management and supporting in short and long term absence cases.
Employee Engagement – coming up with and implementing best in class strategies and initiatives to optimise employee engagement.
Training and Development – assisting managers in implementing training plans for staff and helping create career pathways for employees.
Administration – ensuring systems are kept updated, equality commission reports are returned, handling employee queries in a timely manner and providing KPI information and reports to the Director, Finance & Administration
The Person:
At least two years’ experience in a similar role
CIPD qualification is desirable
A strong team player with initiative, strong organisation and communication skills and the desire to succeed
Ability to work unsupervised with a commercial approach
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent IT skills
Highly confidential
