Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily bookkeeping and financial transactions
• Accurately enter financial data into our accounting system
• Prepare monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and send invoices, process payments and manage accounts receivable
• Monitor inventory and vendor payments
• Ensure tax and statutory compliance (PAYE, VAT, Pension, etc.)
Requirements
• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage)
• Should reside in or around Yaba, Lagos
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines
