2+ years of experience as a Yoga Coach or Instructor
Design and lead aerobics and yoga sessions that cater to a diverse audience, incorporating a mix of warm-ups, cardio, strength, flexibility, and cool-down exercises.
Clearly demonstrate poses, movements, and sequences with proper form and alignment, adapting them for different fitness levels.
Create a motivating and inclusive atmosphere to encourage active participation and sustained interest.
Select suitable music and set the ambiance to enhance the overall class experience.
