Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards and resolve guest complaints efficiently
• Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and teamwork
• Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and ensure profitability targets are met
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Must be ready to resume in August
