Job Description
Lead credit and marketing functions
Develop and implement credit policies and procedures
Oversee credit operations and risk management
Develop and execute marketing strategies
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Lead and mentor credit and marketing teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Admin, Economics, or related field
8-10 years of experience in credit risk management, marketing, or business development
Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment skills
Excellent marketing and business development acumen
Leadership and team management experience
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements
