Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospects, conducting property inspections, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales leads and property listings
Conduct property tours and inspections with clients
Maintain and update client database
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide guidance and assistance to clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties
Prepare and present offers and sales agreements
Stay informed on market trends, property values, and competitive offerings
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-4 years sales experience (real estate experience is an added advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Must be goal-driven, confident, and customer-focused
HND/BSc in Marketing, Business, or any related field
