Job Description
Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic coworking environment by assisting with front desk operations, supporting sales efforts, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general email inquiries, directing them appropriately.
Assist with mail and package handling, ensuring proper delivery and dispatch.
Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
Support the Community Associates in conducting tours for prospective members.
Assist with lead generation activities and follow-up on inquiries.
Learn and apply sales techniques for memberships and meeting room bookings.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
A recent graduate with a First Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Strong interest in sales, customer service, or operations within a dynamic work environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
