Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Doctor to join our outpatient clinical team at CrownBakHealth Medical Clinic. The ideal candidate will demostrate excellent clinical acumen, professionalism, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care within a dynamic and evolving healthcare environment.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough medical consultations and physical examinations
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies based on clinical findings
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date patient records using digital or paper systems
Refer patients to specialists or for diagnostic tests when clinically indicated
Provide medical support and guidance to nursing staff
Uphold the clinic's standard for quality, safety, and confidentiality
Stay current with medical best practices and regulatory requirements
Participate in internal quality audits and team case discussions
Contribute to clinic development by offering feedback on service improvement
Requirements:
MBBS degree from a recognized institution
Full registration and a valid practicing license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
Minimum of two years post-NYSC clinical experience
Previous experience in outpatient settings is highly desirable
