Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month

Job Summary
Whip-Smart Services is seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through face-to-face interactions with clients.
This is a field-based position that requires excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients to promote and sell company products or services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, present offerings, and close deals.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in line with company policies.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a tele sales environment or a related sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly self-driven with a passion for achieving and surpassing sales goals.
Competent in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
Good understanding of the local market and business environment within Ikeja Lagos.
