Job Description

Location: Lagos State, Nigeria
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Budget: ₦75,000 Base + ₦175,000–₦375,000 Performance Bonus + Commission (Up to ₦450,000 Monthly Total Potential)
As the Sales Officer (Hair Business), you will lead strategic growth initiatives, build and manage teams, optimize operations, and drive revenue. You will be responsible for aligning sales, marketing, and operations while maintaining world-class customer satisfaction and executing a scalable business model. Required Qualifications & Experience:
3 - 5 years of proven experience in business management, operations, or brand leadership
Expertise in team recruitment and systems implementation
Familiarity with e-commerce, manufacturing, or beauty industry is a plus
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Must be passionate, reliable, self-driven, and purpose-aligned
Hair industry experience is not required. Training will be provided
