Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a highly skilled, full-time Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of content planning, creation, and posting for Dubby’s personal brand and his architecture studio — One Diverse Design.
You’ll be responsible for filming, editing, and publishing daily content, building a bold and consistent online presence that inspires, informs, and drives real business growth.
This is not a remote gig but rather it’s a hands-on, office-based role for someone who’s hungry to build something powerful.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation
• Shoot daily video/photo content of Dubby, office, work sites, and projects
• Edit high-quality Reels, carousels, photo sets, and short-form videos
• Repurpose voice notes, thoughts, and journal-style content into posts
Strategy & Management
• Plan a 90-day daily posting calendar across both Instagram pages
• Write captions that align with Dubby’s tone (bold, raw, inspiring)
• Ensure daily publishing of content (Mon–Sun) and weekly reviews
Brand Coordination
• Work closely with Dubby for reviews and approvals
• Organize creative files, plan shoots, and manage content drops
• Keep the brand’s IGs sharp, consistent, and intentional
Growth & Reporting
• Track post performance, engagement, and audience growth
• Recommend smart pivots and improvements
• Suggest new content formats that match trends but stay on-brand

REQUIREMENTS
• 4–5 years experience in social media + content creation
• Skilled in videography, photo, editing (CapCut, VN, Premiere, Canva)
• Strong understanding of Instagram (reels, stories, trends, tone)
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
• Ability to work with speed, discipline, and quality
LOCATION & SCHEDULE
• Office: Shomolu, Lagos
• Hours: Monday–Friday (Full-Time, Physical Role)
• Must live within/around Yaba, Bariga, Shomolu, Onipanu axis
