Job Description

1. Operations Management
Supervise the daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and catering.

Ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Monitor food preparation and presentation standards.

2. Staff Management
Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff including chefs, waiters, bartenders, and stewards.

Conduct regular performance reviews and staff meetings.

Create and manage work schedules and rosters.

3. Financial Management
Prepare and manage the F&B department budget.

Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability.

Conduct financial analysis and produce monthly performance reports.

4. Menu Planning and Coordination
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen team to develop innovative and profitable menus.

Ensure that menus are regularly updated based on trends, feedback, and cost analysis.

Coordinate with event planners for customized food and beverage offerings.

5. Customer Service and Quality Assurance
Monitor guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

Ensure high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and presentation are maintained.

Implement service standards and conduct regular audits.

6. Inventory and Supply Chain Management
Oversee inventory of food, beverages, equipment, and supplies.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with suppliers.

Ensure timely procurement of quality products within budget.

7. Compliance and Safety
Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and local laws.

Conduct regular safety and sanitation inspections.

Maintain up-to-date licenses and certifications for operations.

8. Marketing and Promotions
Work with the marketing team to promote F&B outlets and events.

Develop special promotions, themed events, and seasonal offers.

Enhance customer engagement through loyalty programs and events.

9. Strategic Planning
Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings.

Propose strategies for revenue growth and customer retention.

Plan for peak seasons, holidays, and special functions.
Salary:
₦750,000.00 Monthly
