About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Social Media Manager to lead and elevate our multi-artist social media strategy and team. You will be responsible for managing five social media accounts four for gospel artists and one for our company with the aim of growing brand awareness, driving streaming conversions, and increasing fan engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about gospel music, skilled in content psychology and storytelling, and driven to use social platforms for Kingdom impact.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage and grow five social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, Audiomack, and Deezer.
Craft and execute strategies to increase followership, engagement, and music streams.
Develop visual and written content tailored to each artist’s gospel niche and persona.
Lead and coach junior marketers, raising their creative and strategic standards.
Build and optimize full-funnel strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) to guide audiences from awareness to conversion.
Communicate campaign workflows using BPMN 2.0 or similar visual tools.
Monitor performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Metricool, and others.
Stay on top of digital trends, platform updates, and viral content strategies.
Collaborate with engineers to develop AI-assisted marketing and content automation tools.
Establish and maintain SOPs, content calendars, and regular reporting systems.

What You Bring :
Proven experience managing and growing social media for music or entertainment brands.
Proficiency with key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Spotify, Audiomack, etc.).
Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite); video editing is a major plus.
Deep understanding of content psychology, audience targeting, and gospel sub-genres.
Knowledge of funnel marketing and digital branding strategies.
Experience with BPMN 2.0 or other workflow visualization tools is a strong asset.
