Job Description
Executive Assistant to Founder (Luxury Beauty & Lifestyle)
Lagos (Hybrid, Full-time)
Salary Range: N200,000 - N350,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive & Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Founder, including calendar management, email management, and travel coordination. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain confidentiality.
- Business Operations: Support business operations by managing payments, invoices, and financial records. Liaise with internal team members, freelancers, and external partners to achieve business objectives.
- Brand & Content Support: Help manage content calendar and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate with creatives to produce high-quality content and manage influencer requests.
- Client & Personal Support: Handle discreet communication with high-profile clients and stakeholders. Arrange appointments, gift deliveries, and special requests when needed.
- Personal & Household Support: Provide support with personal tasks, including scheduling, home admin, and event planning. Act as a liaison between the founder and household staff.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of EA/PA experience (beauty, fashion, media, or events preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
- Highly organised and resourceful, with a strong sense of initiative
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Drive, Canva, Instagram, and basic business tools
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with exceptional attention to detail
