Job Summary
Develop and implement strategies to build, maintain, and strengthen the organisation's
relationship with clients, thereby driving client retention.
Identify, close, and nurture new business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for aggressively and intelligently driving and ensuring that coordinated sales
are made to white/blue collar workers in corporate organisations and other bodies that
facilitate the sales of the company’s products and services.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential and
existing customers.
Formulation of business proposals, presentations and contract documents on initiating
and perfecting business arrangements with corporate institutions, ensuring that such
documents satisfy all business and legal requirements.
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth
opportunities.
Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan
for how to meet these needs.
Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and maintain proper documentation.
Resolve account discrepancies and manage payments.
Any other task as assigned by the Management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in salesmanship.
Possess the technical ability to learn, comprehend, and communicate the company’s
products and services to customers.
Must be target-driven, energetic and a proactive team player.
Must have strong motivational, administrative, and customer relationship skills.
