Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Organize and maintain confidential files and documents
Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistics
Serve as the point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital productivity tools
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Preferred Qualities:
Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence
Problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate needs
