Job Summary
The Marketing Associate Manager will play a pivotal role in promoting Transit X services across all platforms, creating brand visibility, managing campaigns, and maintaining a strong digital and physical presence. The role includes leading our advertising strategy, social media content and engagement, and community awareness efforts. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, creative, and passionate about brand communication and mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote all Transit X services.
• Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc).
• Create and post engaging content that aligns with the brand's vision.
• Run targeted advertising campaigns, both digital and offline.
• Liaise with the CEO and Operations Manager to ensure alignment of business goals with marketing initiatives.
• Monitor customer engagement and feedback across platforms, proposing strategies for improvement.
• Track and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads).
• Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and partnerships.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.
• Carry out competitor analysis and market trends to inform marketing decisions.
• Manage relationships with media and advertising vendors.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Management, or any related field.
• Proven experience or demonstrated interest in digital marketing or brand promotion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media marketing tools and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
