Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant to manage and oversee our financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, records, and reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and submit required filings on time.
Maintain internal controls and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with management to prepare budgets and forecasts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years’ accounting experience (hospitality industry experience is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
