Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards in your assigned section.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workstation.
Assist in menu planning and development with the Head Chef.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
Creativity and passion for food presentation and innovation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
