Job Description
Computer literacy in Excel
Literacy in HR soft wares- workpay, seamless HR, Office 365 etc.
Ability to work on staff documentation
Preparation of letters, Memos etc.
Assisting HOD in staff recruitment
Assisting HOD in preparing and processing salaries
Handling staff confirmation after 6 months
Ensuring staff medicals are renewed after 6 months
Maintaining relationship with government bodies, private sectors and other relevant regulatory bodies
Any other duty assigned by HOD from time to time.
