Job Description
• Transport passengers, executives, clients, or goods to designated locations in a timely manner
• Plan optimal routes considering traffic conditions, weather, and time constraints
• Maintain awareness of road conditions and adjust driving accordingly
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort during transportation
• Adhere to speed limits and defensive driving practices
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Check fluid levels, tire pressure, lights, and other safety equipment
• Report any mechanical issues, damages, or maintenance needs immediately
• Keep vehicle clean, both interior and exterior
• Maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs and records
• Coordinate with maintenance department for scheduled services
• Update GPS systems and navigation tools as needed
• Maintain knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and alternate routes
• Assist with vehicle registration and licensing renewals
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions
• Support other departments with transportation needs as required
• Respond appropriately to vehicle breakdowns and emergencies
• Follow company emergency procedures and protocols
