Job Description
Position: Sales Manager (North-West)
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Sales Managers to manage and grow our market presence in Kebbi, Sokoto, and Zamfara States.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, and expand regional market coverage.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Identify and recruit new customers and distributors.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of company targets.
• Provide regular market intelligence and competitor updates.
• Follow management directives, achieve assigned sales targets, and take full responsibility for sales performance within the designated territory.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years successful sales experience in FMCG (beverages preferred).
• Must reside in Abuja but willing to travel frequently to Kebbi, Sokoto, Zamfara.
• Indigenes of Kebbi, Sokoto, or Zamfara (must be familiar with local markets and distribution channels).
• Strong communication skills in English and Hausa.
• Minimum qualification: OND.
• Age: 30 – 45 years (male candidates preferred).
