Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide variety of baked goods including cakes, pastries, breads, and cookies.

Create custom cake designs based on client specifications and special occasions.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and seasonal menu items.
Monitor baking times and oven temperatures to ensure product quality.
Manage multiple custom orders and deadlines without compromising on quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking stations, tools, and equipment.
Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
4–7 years of hands-on experience as a Baker and Cake Decorator in a professional kitchen or bakery.
Proficient in a range of baking and decorating styles (e.g., fondant work, buttercream, piping).
Strong creativity and attention to detail in both design and flavor execution.
Ability to handle high order volumes and meet deadlines efficiently.
Excellent understanding of ingredient functionality and baking science.
Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Culinary or baking certification is an added advantage.
