Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
* Provide accurate information about products,pricing, and availability.
* Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
* Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
* Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
* Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' products/services.
* To move all orders to the ERP sheet.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer service or related role preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
* Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and standard office applications.
* Bsc / HND in any relevant field.
* Proximity to location.
Salary:
70.000,00 NGN Monthly
