Restaurant Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our bar and recreation facility. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing a team, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and recreational areas
- Manage and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and control costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and attract customers
- Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to enhance operations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
