Marketing Officer

The ideal candidate will have following responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve growth targets.
Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and key partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Lead marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility across digital and traditional platforms.
Prepare and present sales reports and performance analyses to the executive team.
Collaborate with operations to ensure effective service delivery which meets customer expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree/HND
* Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a sales, marketing or customer service role, preferably in the health insurance industry.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
