Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team at Solar Depot, a leading solar energy solutions provider in Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event planning
Analyze sales and marketing data to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future strategies

Requirements:

HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry
Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
