Job Functions:
• To support the business deposit mobilization division
• Source for high end customers and persuade them to deposit money into the bank.
• Creating and implementing a business plan that will help the organization attract a lot of fresh deposits from targeted markets with known volumes.
• Fostering and maintaining connections with corporate clients and individual depositors.
• Support and enhance new methods for rewarding depositors with interest on regular and fixed deposits.
• Establish contact with both new and existing customers
• Identify target markets with identified volumes in order to drive high volumes of funds to the Company
• Advice clients on deposit status
• Ensure that due diligence is always applied to meet the regulator’s standards and defend the interests of the organization and the depositors by coordinating with the management team.

Qualifications & Key Requirements:
 B.Sc./HND in Finance, Economics, Marketing or in a relevant field of study
 Relevant experience in Microfinance or commercial bank is required
 Self-motivational and ambitious
 Proven knowledge and experience selling investment products
 Targets and result oriented and willing to take responsibilities
 Team spirit and ability to work effectively as a team member towards achieving results and targets
 Ability to drive deposit mobilization and retention of deposit
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary Package: 150,000-250,000
