Job Description

Job Summary:
The Strategic Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategic growth opportunities within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 products, market trends, and the ability to establish and nurture key partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and relationship management within the tech or software industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, stakeholders, and key decision-makers to expand business opportunities within the Dynamics 365 market.
Lead Generation: Generate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, industry events, and other channels specific to Dynamics 365 solutions.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients and partners, showcasing the value of our Dynamics 365 solutions.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals with new and existing partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts related to Dynamics 365.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or related roles within the tech or software industry, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 products and services.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business development strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
