Job Overview:
As the Corporate Resources and Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our corporate facilities and services. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks and providing support to various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate facilities management, including office space, equipment, and supplies.
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment for employees.
Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies, furniture, and equipment, optimizing cost-effectiveness and quality.
Assist in planning and executing corporate events, meetings, and conferences, including logistical arrangements and vendor management.
Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating employee benefits.
Handle administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling, and document management with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve efficiency in corporate resource management.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in office administration, facilities management, or related roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with facility management software.
Knowledge of corporate services, procurement processes, and vendor management.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
