Job Description

Software Sales - Must have software sales experience.
This role does not Sell Software - You sell Support as a Service
Portfolio Building
Build a portfolio of new clients, with a focus on mutually-beneficial, long-term relationships. Source new inbound and outbound opportunities and drive the sales process from leads to qualifying new prospects and managing deals to close.
Sales Growth - Demonstrated success building a portfolio of new clients. Grow enterprise sales portfolio, build collaborative enterprise relationships and continuously improve sales activities and projections.
Customer Experience - Builds and cultivates a culture of inclusivity and partnership focused on the customer experience. Understands the unique intricacies of the client's needs and customizes solutions.
Executes - Responsible for securing licensing agreements from inception to completion.
Collaborative Relationship Builder - Leverage ISV & SUPPORT SERVICES
Landscape - Knowledgeable of Microsoft (preferred) and AWS enterprise offerings with awareness of competitive marketplace
Entrepreneurial mindset Tech savvy, scrappy self-starter with passion for prospecting and closing deals. Will work with the team to build the tools and processes for the sales team.
Analytics and Reports - Prepares activity and forecast reports to inform KPIs and results. Leverage information to communicate enterprise client's needs to product managers and technical teams.
About You:

Education Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance or equivalent
Experience - 3+ years of SaaS or Service Support experience
Process Builder/Successes - Develop materials and processes to market and sell ITC Worldwide's support platform offerings. Experience in building meaningful technology partnerships and ecosystems.
Entrepreneurial - Self-driven and passionate about inbound and outbound prospecting
Communicative - Possess effective and persuasive interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Tech Savvy -Possess an aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
Comfortable with selling complex enterprise platform solutions, understanding of the ISV & SUPPORT SERVICES value proposition, and success on seven figure deals in the past.
Pricing - Excels at creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms and managing the contract process.
Credible - Experience selling to a technical and business audience, building trust and mutual respect.
Passionate - Think creatively and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple.
Job Responsibilities:

Establish rapport with new and existing customers SMC (SMB) base

Evaluate the technical needs and opportunities of the customer and make appropriate service and product recommendations - Responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline, connecting with, and building strong relationships with IT and business executives, closing sales, and coordinating resources of subject matter expert

Effectively communicate and explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable - Stay current on IT trends and provide credible knowledge and understanding

Keep customers informed about new technologies and products

Follow up with customers on existing applications and opportunities

Assist the sales team in promoting technical solutions - Build an extensive portfolio of service-related opportunities by identifying and anticipating processes and functions to improve client operations and/or cut expenses; involves identifying recurring revenue business opportunities, selling concepts to the client where required

Professional demeanor. Desire for a long-term career in sales. Able to gain competence in own area and acquire a higher level understanding of role, processes, and procedures
