Human Resource Manager

Location: Oke-Bola, Ibadan

Salary: ₦120,000 - ₦150,000 per month

About the Company:

Resource Intermediaries is recruiting for her client, who is a leading provider of high-quality foreign furniture, building materials, and home appliances in Ibadan. We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team at our Oke-Bola headquarters.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that comply with Nigerian labor laws.
Lead the recruitment process, including job advertisement, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
Onboard new hires and ensure they are successfully integrated into the company culture.
Manage employee relations, including performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Advise management on HR-related issues and provide strategic recommendations.
Stay abreast of current HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree OR HND in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field (minimum 2-3 years experience preferred).
Proven experience in all aspects of the HR function.
Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
