Job Description
Job Description: As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our enterprise customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and closing high-value deals. Your deep understanding of the telecommunications industry and experience working in a Telecom company will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the enterprise segment.
Identify, prospect, and engage with key decision-makers in large organizations to understand their telecom needs.
Present and demonstrate the value of our telecom solutions, including voice, data, and cloud services, to potential clients.
Negotiate and close high-value contracts with enterprise customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and customer support, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
Qualifications:
Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably within the telecom sector.
Strong understanding of telecom products and services, including voice, data, cloud, and managed services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Client Onboarding Rate: The percentage of new clients successfully onboarded within a specified timeframe after signing a contract.
Sales Targets: Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales goals.
