Sales Executive(Tire Industry)

Job Summary

Our client is a leading company in the tire industry, renowned for their quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the tire industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding the customer base, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
o Sales & Collection responsibility at designated geographic area.
o Achieve monthly sales target.
o Developing new market and identifying potential customers through various channels.
o Regular follows while building customer relationship.
o Managing dealer, corporate and Institutional works.
o Understanding customer requirements & maintain a healthy relationship with dealers and customers to maximize top-line.
o Sales reporting to immediate superior.
o Obtain information about competitors via pricing, new products, new size, schemes e.t.c.

Qualifications & Requirements:
o Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales within the tire industry or a related sector.
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
o Knowledge of tire products, market trends, and industry regulations is an advantage.
