Microsoft Dynamics 365 Setup for a Logistics Company

We are looking for an expert to implement a comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solution tailored to our logistics company. The goal is to streamline operations, enhance collaboration, and improve analytics across departments, including Sales, CRM, Marketing, and Support. The solution must enable efficient call management and integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365 and other essential tools.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 ERP modules, covering Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and HR.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) for efficient email, file, and task management.
• Implement Dynamics 365 Marketing tools for social media, email campaigns, and analytics.
• Set up Dynamics 365 Sales for behavior tracking, sales funnel management, and analytics.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Service with a call center solution for call management and customer support.
• Enable real-time data integration from our backend, including shipment information and user account details.
• Implement website features like chat widgets, forms, and a knowledge base with CRM and support system integration.
• Provide training and ongoing support for effective use across departments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for logistics, sales, CRM, and marketing.
• Skilled in integrating Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365 and third-party tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of logistics and customer service processes.
• Ability to automate workflows and enhance collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills for training and support.
