Sales Merchandiser

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient display, promotion, and sales of our products in retail environments. You will work closely with store managers, buyers, and the sales team to maximize product visibility, maintain inventory levels, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
Regularly visit retail locations to set up displays, maintain stock levels, and ensure product placement aligns with company standards.
Build and maintain relationships with store managers and staff to secure optimal product positioning.
Monitor product inventory, replenishing stock as needed to prevent shortages.
Analyze sales trends and performance, providing feedback to the sales team and recommending improvements.
Ensure promotional materials and signage are properly displayed and up-to-date.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Work with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
Assist in planning and executing promotional events or campaigns.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Merchandiser or in a similar sales/retail role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple retail locations.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Understanding of merchandising principles and retail operations.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Flexibility to travel between retail locations as required.
