Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in generating leads and closing sales to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting with prospects, onboarding new clients, and contributing to the success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Implement lead generation strategies to identify potential clients interested in our services.
Use various channels, including social media, email marketing, and networking, to attract and capture leads.
Continuously expand the database of potential clients and maintain accurate lead records.

Sales and Closing:

Engage with leads to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Effectively negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
Follow-up and Onboarding:

Consistently follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to customer.
Provide support and guidance to clients during the onboarding phase to set the stage for a successful partnership.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in lead generation, and sales, preferably in a digital marketing or tech-related industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for community engagement and lead generation.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and performance.
