Job Description
• S/he must possess among others: Minimum of 6 years cognate experience in renowned Christian guesthouse/hotel management; A Higher National Diploma or first degree in Catering & Hotel Management or related discipline is a must. A master’s degree in either Business Administration, or a member of relevant professional bodies would be of advantage.
• Must have an excellent knowledge of hospitality industry and management, excellent communication skill, aggressive and strategic marketing drive.
• Strong analytical mind, and logistical planning skill, result-driven with CAN DO spirit.
• Must possess a proven proactive high value sales experience in a similar sales role and Strong negotiation skills
• Strong negotiation and social skills, and addicted goal-getter.
• Must possess financial acumen with ability to balance customer and business priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure aggressive marketing of the Bible guesthouse products to consistently drive its revenue generation as a seasoned marketer and income multiplier business driver.
• Initiate, develop, and nurture business ideas that would help deliver excellent mutually rewarding values to the Bible guesthouse Research & Development Centre and its customers
• Identify and exploit business opportunities through strategic marketing experience
• Constantly applies entrepreneurial approach to the Bible guesthouse business for growth and increased market share
• Anticipate and respond to customers/guests’ requirements with a genuine desire to exceed their expectations
• Ensure excellent delivery on annual sales target and net income of the organisation
• Ensure development and implementation of marketing strategies and programmes to drive the organisation’s growth, increased market share and revenue target
• Aligning marketing efforts with the Bible guesthouse overall business objectives and goals.
• Plan, forecast, and implement strategic sales to achieve improved market share and income generation
• Ensure tracking and analyzing of key performance indicators (KPIs) in relation to the guesthouse business development activities, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify target customer segments, emerging trends, and competitive positioning
