Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new employees, guiding them through the necessary processes to get them fully integrated and productive in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate and manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process.
Prepare and process employment documentation, including terms of agreements, fixed-term contracts, and confidentiality agreements.
Ensure compliance with all labor legislation and internal company policies.
Coordinate with internal departments to set up new hires with necessary resources, including equipment and access to company tools (Jira, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, etc.).
Assist in payroll processes and address new hires’ questions regarding payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Serve as the first point of contact for new employees, helping them navigate their onboarding and addressing any concerns.
Maintain accurate onboarding documentation within the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure timely follow-ups.
Regularly review and update onboarding materials to ensure they are in line with legal and company policy updates.
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Foster a welcoming environment for new hires and ensure their successful integration into the company culture.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Microsoft 365 + SharePoint, and ATS systems (preferably Manatal).
In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and familiarity with employment paperwork.
Strong understanding of payroll procedures and associated documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong confidentiality standards and ethical work practices.
BSc in Human Resources Management, Accounting, or Finance is required.
