Job Title: Head Mixologist

Renumeration: ₦120,000 - ₦170,000
Job Description:
The Head Mixologist will lead the bar team in delivering an exceptional beverage experience to guests. This role requires expertise in mixology, creativity, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include crafting unique cocktails, maintaining a well-organized and clean bar, managing inventory, and training team members.
Job Responsibilities:
 Develop and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages to meet customer preferences.
 Create a seasonal and innovative cocktail menu that reflects the venue’s ambiance and attracts patrons.
 Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area.
 Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering of supplies and ingredients.
 Provide training to bar staff on beverage preparation, presentation, and service standards.
 Offer excellent customer service, maintaining a warm and engaging atmosphere for guests.
 Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
 Handle customer complaints and queries professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
 B.Sc./ H.N.D in Hospitality management or any field
 Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and ingredients.
 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
 Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
 Certification in bartending or mixology is preferred.
 English language proficiency is required.
 Hospitality and management training certifications in food and beverage will be advantageous.
