Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Call Representative, Data Entry, and Customer Relations officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels. Additionally, the candidate will perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Meet and exceed customer service targets and metrics
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (NYSC Corpers are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
