Job Description (Summary)
The IT Manager will manage and administer the organization’s IT systems, infrastructure, and processes, ensuring secure networks and efficient operations. Responsibilities include conducting system audits, implementing disaster recovery plans, analyzing departmental needs, and providing employee support and training.
IT Infrastructure & System Management
• Oversee and maintain IT systems to support organizational needs.
• Conduct regular checks on network and data security.
• Ensure seamless network integration to maintain competitive advantage.
Audit & Disaster Recovery
• Perform comprehensive systems audits to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery strategies to safeguard business continuity.
Process Optimization & Vendor Management
• Continuously evaluate processes, technologies, and vendors to maximize efficiency.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and monitor vendor performance to ensure alignment with objectives.
Employee Support & Training
• Provide technical support and training to empower employees with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and technological adaptability.
Working Relationships
• Internal: Collaborate with all departments for IT needs and project implementation.
• External: Engage with vendors, suppliers, and external IT consultants.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and CompTIA Network+.
• Proficient in managing performance-based incentive (PBI) software.
• Knowledge of enterprise software systems (e.g., SaaS Management Platforms, User Lifecycle Management).
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management within an established organization.
Budget: NGN 450,000 – NGN 500,000 Net P.A.
