Position: Application Support Specialist

Job Description (Summary)
The Application Support Specialist will manage application environments, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with teams to ensure seamless operations.
Application Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Provide technical support for applications, resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Identify and fix bugs or performance bottlenecks to maintain system reliability.
Database Management & Optimization
• Utilize tools like SQL, Oracle, and MongoDB to manage and optimize databases.
• Ensure data integrity and implement regular performance checks.
Deployment & DevOps Integration
• Deploy updates, patches, and system upgrades using DevOps frameworks.
• Enhance application functionality through continuous integration and development.
Working Relationships
• Internal: Collaborate with IT, operations, and development teams.
• External: Liaise with software vendors and third-party providers.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support.
• Expertise in database management and DevOps frameworks.
• Proven track record in financial services or fintech.
