Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5-10 years of experience in social media leadership roles, with a proven track record in B2B or logistics industries.

Mandatory Certifications:
1. HubSpot Social Media Certification
2.Meta Blueprint Certification
3. Google Digital Marketing Certification
4. Hootsuite Social Marketing Certification
5. Any recognized SEO or content marketing certification (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).

Expertise in analytics tools (Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
Proven success in SEO, content marketing, and paid ad campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to manage multimillion-naira budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
Strong team leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and driving results.
In-depth knowledge of logistics industry trends, customer behaviors, and market dynamics.
Excellent written, verbal, and crisis management communication skills.
