Job Description

The company is seeking a vibrant female Youth Corper who is highly active on social media, especially Twitter, to join as a Brand Communications Associate. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, enthusiasm, and digital savvy to the role. Responsibilities include:

Conducting consumer and market research to inform brand communication strategies.
Assisting in identifying the brand's current positioning in the market and contributing to developing research-based communication strategies.
Collaborating with internal teams to implement brand communication initiatives and ensure consistency across all channels.
Coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams to align communication objectives with business goals.
Managing projects across various stages of execution, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Fostering and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to promote brand alignment and communication goals.
Assisting in managing budgets and ensuring communication strategies align with allocated resources.
Organizing and supporting events, including product launches, marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and photoshoots, to enhance brand visibility.
Contributing to creative development, producing compelling messaging that motivates the target audience to engage with the brand.
Collaborating in setting performance benchmarks, market applications, and sales forecasts for brand campaigns.
Measuring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, reporting ROI and KPIs to refine strategies.
Monitoring market trends, researching consumer behavior, and assessing competitors’ communication strategies to identify opportunities.
Tracking product distribution and consumer responses to assess brand impact and communication effectiveness.
