Job Description (Summary):
The Support Engineer will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware systems, including electrical and mechanical products. This role requires effective communication and technical skills to ensure optimal system functionality and client satisfaction.
Hardware Maintenance and Repair:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on hardware systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in products.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of hardware-related issues.
Technical Support:
Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
Train end-users on the proper use and care of equipment.
Document and report technical issues and resolutions
Operational Excellence:
Monitor the performance of hardware systems to ensure efficiency.
Maintain an inventory of tools and spare parts for maintenance activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards in all operations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
OND/NCE in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in hardware maintenance and repairs.
Strong technical acumen and troubleshooting skills.
