Job Description (Summary)
The Senior Consultant II will co-lead the strategic growth of the unit, provide top-tier client project delivery, and expand consultancy services. This role involves working closely with leadership to identify new business opportunities and partnerships while supporting high-value clients and internal stakeholders.
Growth Strategy
Co-design and drive the unit’s long-term growth strategy.
Support the development of a robust strategy service offering for startups and established tech companies.
Client Project Delivery
Ensure timely and quality delivery of client projects, meeting or exceeding expectations.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
Business Development & Relationship Management
Identify new business opportunities and work with relevant teams to develop proposals.
Manage high-value client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Public Speaking & Thought Leadership
Seek thought leadership and public speaking opportunities to enhance business visibility.
Represent the unit at industry events, workshops, and conferences.
Process Optimization
Develop best practices and optimize current processes to transition the unit into a leading digital economy consultancy.
Partnership Development
Seek and establish partnerships that promote brand visibility and revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership goals with business objectives.
Working Relationships
Internal: Collaborate with leadership, business development, and operations teams.
External: Engage with high-value clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of management consulting experience at a top-tier consultancy.
Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation.
An advanced degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong public speaking and writing skills.
Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships.
