Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Office Assistant/Cleaner to join our team at Torydoes Nigeria Limited , a leading out-of-home (OOH) advertising firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment while supporting administrative operations as needed. This dual role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning and Maintenance:
o Ensure all office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas, are cleaned and well-maintained daily.
o Manage waste disposal and recycling according to company policies.
o Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly.
2. Office Support:
o Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and delivering documents within the office.
o Support staff with errands and office-related requests as needed.
o Ensure the office is organized and supplies are readily available, including stocking stationery and refreshments.
3. Hospitality Duties:
o Prepare and serve beverages to staff and guests as required.
o Ensure the reception and meeting areas are welcoming and presentable.
4. Logistical Support:
o Assist in the arrangement of office furniture and equipment when needed.
o Support the team with occasional errands outside the office, such as picking up supplies.
Qualifications and Skills:
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a cleaner, office assistant, or in a similar role.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of office equipment and supplies.
• Physically fit and capable of handling cleaning and light lifting duties.
