Social Media Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and engagement strategies in the lotto industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the lotto/gaming industry.
Create, schedule, and manage high-quality content (graphics, videos, and copy) for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor trends, industry updates, and audience insights to optimize engagement and drive organic growth.
Develop and manage paid social media campaigns to drive conversions and player acquisition.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interactions to enhance customer relationships.
Analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and generate reports with data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to align social media strategies with overall business objectives.
Identify and partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote gaming campaigns.
Ensure social media compliance with regulatory guidelines in the lotto industry.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the gaming, betting, or entertainment industry.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and advertising strategies.
Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.
Experience in running paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.).
Strong writing and communication skills for engaging and persuasive content.
Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and optimize social media performance.
A passion for the gaming and lotto industry is a plus.
