Job Description
• Proven 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or consulting.
• Industry-specific knowledge (if applicable) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices and labor laws.
Client Engagement:
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and feedback on recruitment processes.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and fees with clients.
Candidate Sourcing and Management:
• Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide career advice and guidance to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Recruitment Process Management:
• Match suitable candidates with client requirements and submit shortlists for client review.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather client feedback, and manage the offer negotiation process.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company guidelines.
Market Research and Business Development:
• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide strategic insights to clients and candidates.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
Administration and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients, candidates, and recruitment activities in the database.
• Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to clients and management.
• Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups with clients.
